The question is, is Nancy endorsing violation of federal laws with her "Vulcan Salute" if, in fact, she is giving a "Vulcan Salute?"
Well, um, it's a joke, first of all. And second, the idea is that she's greeting the guy who has exposed the talk show hosts who may be violating federal laws.
